Conditions of sale...
- We do not store credit card details. Customer details are only shared internally with our sales team, and with our delivery company so your order can reach you – see our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
- Orders are processed and shipped out on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).
We try our very best to send all products on the same working day and we will notify you by email when your order
is on its way to you.
- Since goods are large in nature palletized freight will be used. Collection from our warehouse is possible
with prior agreement.
- Free next day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses on orders placed before 2pm.
For delivery outside the UK mainland, including overseas, please contact us – extra shipping charges apply.
Returns
Returns of goods are accepted. Please contact us to arrange a return – you will need your invoice number.
- Faulty items: if an item is faulty, we will offer a replacement.
- Items ordered by mistake: these can be returned and refunded, however we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.
